Our primary activity is the SEED SWAP; followed by providing access to local seed and plant vendors, and educational speakers.

Generally we have taken a broad view of the issue and also included several gardening related vendors and displays.  

Food preservation and preparation using fresh, natural ingredients would be appropriate provided there is a clear demonstration that the products were not the result of industrial style processing: for instance displays of the herbs and other ingredients that you use would help people understand how your product line relates to Seedy Saturday.  

Seedy Saturdays are educational functions not just craft fairs or simple marketing events.
